 Dag 9: er stond een tekst bij van Goethe bij. Daar heb ik me door laten inspireren. Het schilderij heeft onze jongste dochter van net 2 gemaakt.

Day 9: it had a quote by Goethe with it. I was inspired by it, and made these words on a page my youngest made (just turned 2) 

 Goethe: A man should hear a little music, read a little poetry, and see a fine picture every day of his life, in order that the worldly cares may not obliterate the sense of the beautiful wich god has implanted in the human soul

De opdracht was: schrijf op wat jij nodig hebt om toegewijd te zijn aan 30 dagen lang journaling, en wat de valkuilen zouden kunnen zijn. Het is misschien niet heel spannend zo'n bladzijde dus ik gebruik deze dag om jullie te laten zien in wat voor boekje ik werk. Ik heb het hele boek zelf gemaakt, gebonden en gekaft. De kaft zijn schilderijen van Mare en tekeningen van Lena. Erin zit van alles, mooie blaadjes, foto printjes en tekeningen van de dames. Zo wordt een redelijk simpele opdracht om te bekijken toch nog leuk, door de mooie papiertjes :)

Todays challenge was to write down what I need to commit to 30 days of journaling..
I want to use this day to show you what book I use for journaling these 30 days. I made and bound this book. I made the cover with drawings and paintings from my daughters. Inside are all kinds of nice papers, pictures and also drawings by my girls.

I like this, when I do not decorate my pages very much, there is still some visual aspect to my page.

Ik doe mee met een 30 dagen programma waarin we kleine opdrachten krijgen om journal-pagina's te maken. Dat mag met pen, verf of 100 andere materialen.
De inspiratie opdracht van de eerste dag was: geen begin is te klein
Dit heb ik er mee gemaakt.

I made this page with watercolour on a background of one of my daughters drawings with crayon. It says in Dutch: every wave starts out a a ripple in the water
